We are searching for a safety‑conscious individual to join our team of people who think “good” is never good enough and take pride in their work. The role involves continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Do
Review daily production schedules and ensure the raw materials required are available.
Follow process instructions and accurately add raw materials to reactors.
Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality—report out‑of‑spec raw material, premixes, or mixed batches and consult with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments.
Properly clean out reactors.
Operate forklifts, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material‑handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product.
Transfer product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums, etc.
Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance.
Manage Autonomous Maintenance activities.
Understand and perform Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO) procedures.
Complete paperwork and enter batch information into SAP.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience working with systems, pumps, reading meters, basic Quality Control data and tracking mixing and quality information (mix logs, batch adjustments, etc.).
At least 1 year of experience performing basic Quality Control tests (taking samples, performing pH tests).
At least 1 year of experience simultaneously mixing several tanks and accurately completing related documents.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Selected candidates must be able to complete the following physical functions, including but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and other repetitive motions with or without a reasonable accommodation.
