- Schedule: One weekend a month, call from 7 am Friday to 7 am Monday

Clinical Details :
- Setting: Inpatient/OR
- Duties: OR duties as well as telemetry and ICU duties, surgical CT, vein harvest, chest tube placement
- Weekend duties include inpatient rounds, procedures and surgery duties
- Proficient with first assisting in CABG, AVR, MVR, and thoracotomy/ lung resection cases
- Call: 1-2 call days a week, one weekend a month
- EMR: Epic
Requirements :
- Board Certification
- Kentucky License
- ACLS, DEA, and BLS Certifications
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
- Clean Malpractice History preferred
- Local providers preferred
