Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bilingual Recruiter located in Irving, TX. The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for talent acquisition tasks including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates for various roles. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and facilitating the entire recruitment process. The recruiter will also provide candidate support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from onboarding to placement while upholding Conquer Employment’s dedication to superior service.
Qualifications

Proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication with diverse candidates and clients.
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and screening candidates using modern tools and techniques.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills to meet recruitment deadlines.
Knowledge of various industries and their specific staffing needs is preferred.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
