About the Role
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team onsite. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to placing them in roles and maintaining client relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building connections with both candidates and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified talent
Post job openings and actively source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in internal systems
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future roles
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Qualifications
1–3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with a team
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
