LHH is partnering with a financial services organization in Baltimore is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support full life cycle recruiting ASAP through Dec 2026. This role will be fully onsite, five days per week, and will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a variety of corporate and operational roles.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and experienced in full-cycle recruiting within financial services or similarly regulated industries.
Timeline : ASAP through Dec 2026, potential to extend
Pay Rate : $27–$38 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Support reporting and recruiting metrics as needed
Assist with additional HR or recruiting projects as assigned
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience (financial services or corporate recruiting preferred)
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD, 5 days per week
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
