The Opportunity

Full Cycle Recruiter . FCA is seeking a dynamic and relationship‑driven Recruiter to support full‑cycle talent acquisition across a diverse portfolio of programs and services. This role is critical in attracting, engaging, and hiring mission‑aligned talent who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop effective sourcing strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure timely and successful hiring outcomes. The ideal Recruiter is a proactive, relationship‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about connecting individuals to meaningful work.
Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
Proactively source candidates using job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn), networking, and community partnerships.
Maintain and track candidate pipelines using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and workforce programs.
Provide regular recruitment updates, metrics, and insights to leadership.
Support employer branding efforts and promote FCA as an employer of choice.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in nonprofit, healthcare, or human services.
Experience in managing high‑volume recruitment and/or hard‑to‑fill roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Valid and clean New York State Driver’s License.
Compensation Information
The competitive compensation range is reflected with FCA’s framework, culture, and values. Individual pay decisions will vary based on skills and experience, while still allowing for growth.
Additional Information
Salary: $66,300
Schedule: (M-F), evening and weekend hours, as needed
This role is full‑time (35 hours/week), Exempt
