Billing and Data Associate — Hybrid / Waltham, MA
Our client, a financial services organization, is seeking a Billing and Data Associate to support reconciliation and billing-related initiatives during a period of operational transition. This role focuses on reviewing financial data, resolving outstanding balances, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and consistency across internal systems.
Responsibilities
Reconcile financial records and identify discrepancies across billing and receivable data
Track and follow up on outstanding balances through documented outreach and correspondence
Support billing activities in coordination with multiple internal teams
Prepare and maintain reports related to revenue, billing activity, and collections
Review data for accuracy and completeness prior to system or process transitions
Maintain organized documentation and adhere to established procedures
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve open items
Qualifications
1+ year of relevant professional experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Power BI experience a plus
