Responsibilities

Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments:

Greet guests in a friendly manner at various distances (10ft, 4ft) with smiles, eye contact, or waves.

Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.

Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.

Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.

Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business.

Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.

Support team member and leader training needs and advocate continuous learning.

Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.

Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with appropriate leaders to take action as needed.

Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption.

Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.

Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.

Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

All other duties based on business needs.

About

Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.

Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without assistance.

Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive‑Up and carry‑out.

Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).

Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays); come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks.
