Starting Hourly Rate: $18.50 USD per hour

Responsibilities

Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests warmly, assist with finding items, resolve issues, and thank guests.

Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas with a positive and respectful attitude.

Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.

Work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs for each area of the business; ensure the right mix of experience and skills for in‑store and digital shopping experiences.

Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.

Support team member and leader training needs and advocate for continuous learning.

Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.

Be approachable and available by listening to team members and collaborating with leaders to take action as needed.

Deliver on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption.

Support your leader in following company compliance policies that mitigate risk to the team member experience.

Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.

Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.

Perform all other duties based on business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

Enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and team members.

Thrives in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role that requires teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving.

Open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times).

Understanding federal, state, and local employment laws.

Proficient with basic Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs.

Experience using scheduling software.

Skills

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.

Work independently and as part of a team.

Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.

Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.

Maintain focus and composure in a fast-paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Physical & Work Conditions

Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.

Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds without additional assistance.

Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including Drive‑Up and carry‑out.

Remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.

Work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays; attend scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks.
