Shift Details
Training: First 6 weeks on 1st shift (mandatory)
2nd Shift (10 Positions):
Monday Thursday | 4:00 PM 2:30 AM
3rd Shift (10 Positions):
Friday Sunday | 5:00 AM 5:30 PM
Job Overview
We are hiring multiple
Electronics Assembly Technicians
to support aerospace and defense manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling electronic components and working with precision tools in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products as per work instructions
Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly processes
Use microscopes and measuring instruments for precision work
Operate hand tools (tweezers, cutters, screwdrivers) and pneumatic tools
Perform quality checks using electronic test equipment
Maintain accurate production data and documentation
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills (timekeeping systems, digital work instructions)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in electronics or micro-electronics assembly
Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures
Familiarity with J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards
Additional Requirements
Must be local to Chelmsford, MA
Must be flexible to work assigned shifts after training
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
