Overview

Provides on-site support for computer hardware, peripheral, and data cabling issues. Repairs or replaces faulty hardware or cabling when dispatched to a restaurant. Maintains the hardware depot facility, which includes preparing new hardware, tracking warranty information, repairing faulty hardware and testing hardware prior to deployment. This position requires the ability to work after-hours “on call.” Some travel required as needed.
Responsibilities

Provides on-site support for computer hardware, peripheral, and data cabling issues.
Repairs computer equipment at the depot facility.
Tracks warranty information on hardware.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications

2-5 Years experience, preferred
CompTIA A+ (optional)
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma Required
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interdepartmental and customer interactions.
Ability to multi-task with good organizational, project management skills, and work well under pressure.
Essential Physical Job Functions (with Or Without Accommodation)

Physical requirements are the ability to perform a manual data input function for up to 50% of an 8-hour day on regular basis.
Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Maintain coordination and dexterity with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting.
Work in confined spaces and at varying heights, including below waist and above shoulder level.
Operate tools, machinery, and standard office equipment safely and effectively.
Perform duties indoors and outdoors in a range of temperatures and weather conditions.
Travel and move throughout job sites as needed.
