Job Title: Union Mobile Route Technician (Maintenance)
Location: Lynnwood, WA 98037
Duration: 5 Months (Contract to HIRE)
Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:
Climbing ladders
Need to be able to lift 50 lbs
Will be on their feet all day
Safety around mechanical and electrical is top priority
Candidate will need to provide own safety boots, other PPE will be provided
There will be client interaction so high level of professionalism and customer service required
Team Overview:
Need to be able to work independently and as a team
Resource's typical working day:
Creating and assigning work orders and PM's
organizing and scheduling the team
Awareness of safety requirements
Organizing the team and safety needs
Receiving and distributing packages
Licenses/Certifications:
EPA 608 license preferred
Must Have Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, internet equipment
BMS experience
Familiar with chillers
CRAC experience
CRAH experience
Large generators and parallel switch gear
Large UPSs with batteriesPDU experience
Static switches
Nice to have skills:
Able to perform IR scans
Familiarity with safety working around live electrical gear
Years of Experience:
2 or 5 years
Education
H.S. diploma or GED, trade school preferred
Software skills:
Microsoft Office suite
Word
Excel
Work order system
