Surgery - Vascular Physician

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: 06-01-2026
• End Date: Not specified
• Schedule: Part Time, flexible and as-needed
• Coverage Type: Sporadic, shift dates may vary
• Monday-Friday clinic: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Night call (not every night)
• Some 24-hour weekend call coverage

Clinical Details:

• Average census: 5-10 patients per day
• Approximately 6 outpatient elective procedures
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• Support staff : 1 APP and nursing staff in clinic, plus 2 APPs assisting with rounding
• EMR: EPIC
• 30-min response time

Requirements:

• Active Illinois license required (IMLC not accepted)
• Clean background
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• DEA and CSR License required
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Ability to perform both open and endovascular procedures
• Preference for local providers
• 60-day credentialing
