Assignment Details
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Duration: 2-4 months
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
- Setting: Hospital-based outpatient clinic
- Call: None
- Outpatient only (no inpatient responsibilities)
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Care Manager RN, Medical Assistant, Infusion Nurses
- Reason for Coverage: Physician departure
- Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology care
- Manage approximately 15-18 patients per day
- Case mix:
- 60% Oncology
- 40% Hematology
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology - Required
- Fellowship Trained - Required
- Active Washington License - Highly Preferred (IMLC accepted)
- DEA - Required
