Reyes Fleet Management – Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A
Reyes Fleet Management, one of the largest privately held fleets in the U.S., is seeking a Diesel Mechanic / Fleet Technician A to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Manassas, VA.
Position Details
Shift : Full-Time – Wednesday to Saturday 7:00am - 5:30pm
Pay : $30.00-35.00/hr based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities
Diagnose, rebuild, and repair fleet equipment (tractors, trailers, refrigeration units, and related parts).
Complete thorough documentation for work orders of repairs and preventative maintenance through the online Enterprise Asset Management system.
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical problems utilizing diagnostic technology/software when applicable.
Complete complex and detailed mechanical inspections and repairs with minimal supervision.
Adhere to all company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations including DOT, OSHA, and Reyes Fleet Management standards, while ensuring compliance with safety programs, correct tool usage, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.
Drive Reyes family vehicles and customer vehicles; maintain a current driver qualification file as required by DOT regulations (annual MVR check, DOT Physical, safety performance history, etc.). CDL holders will undergo DOT drug screening within 30 days of start.
Travel may be required for some projects or duties.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience.
Must possess own tools.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record per DOT regulations.
Valid CDL (License A) highly desired; mandatory in some locations.
Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull weights over 50 pounds, occasionally over 100 pounds.
Preferred Education and Experience
Technical school certification.
