IMMEDIATE PART TIME CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED, START NEXT WEEK
OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST INSURANCE/RETIREMENT BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 1PM–6PM
Location:
White Plains, NY (in office, not remote)
Pay:
$18/hr
Qualifications
1 year of call center customer service experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Typing speed 35 WPM
Responsibilities
Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information
Receive 100–150 calls per day
Enter customer information and conversation details into the database while fielding inbound calls
Maintain the utmost level of customer service on all calls
Answer and direct incoming calls in a high-volume call-switchboard environment
Answer according to a defined script with enthusiasm and timely manner
Multi‑task and provide clerical support as assigned by the department

Contract to Hire, White Plains, NY.
Pay Range:
$18.00 – $18.00/hr.
