
Industrial Electrician

This role focuses on supporting daily production by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems and industrial bakery/packaging equipment. The electrician is responsible for minimizing breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely. The position involves diagnosing faults in components like motors, transformers, PLC systems, and electrical circuits while maintaining accurate documentation through CMMS. Additionally, the role requires adherence to strict safety standards, collaboration with production teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Install, repair, and troubleshoot electrical systems, PLCs, and industrial machinery components.
Perform preventive maintenance, prepare work orders, and source parts for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Follow safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, confined space) and support production with equipment changeovers and training.
Job Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLC troubleshooting, and use of testing equipment.
Valid Electrical License (Licensed Master Electrician preferred) along with technical/vocational training and strong communication skills.
