Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
Perform preventive maintenance on industrial electrical systems and components.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), motor controls, and automation systems.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout.
Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections according to code.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems and machinery.
Demonstrated experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), HMIs, and industrial control circuits.
Strong understanding of the Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety regulations.
Ability to accurately read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Experience with motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and three‑phase power distribution systems.
Commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, in a manufacturing environment.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with robotics maintenance and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in advanced PLC programming (e.g., ladder logic development, function block diagrams) and HMI design.
Certification or extensive experience with Arc Flash safety regulations and procedures.
Experience with instrumentation calibration and process control systems.
