Security Technician – Lubbock, TX
Loyal Source is hiring Security Technicians to support the installation of physical security systems in a construction/data‑center environment. This role involves hands‑on installation, cable work, and teamwork with multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure CCTV, access control, alarms, and related security equipment

Pull, route, label, and organize low‑voltage cabling

Assist with system integration and device mounting

Install conduit and cable trays per project drawings

Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues

Coordinate with electricians, network teams, and other trades

Follow all job‑site safety procedures

Maintain accurate documentation of cabling and installed devices

Ensure all work meets quality and security standards

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1–2 years of security system or low‑voltage installation experience

Experience with cable pulling and conduit workValid driver’s license

Knowledge of low‑voltage cabling and basic electrical safety

Preferred Qualifications

Technical training or certifications (NICET, CompTIA Security+, etc.)

Experience in new construction or data centers

Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems

Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
