Position Overview
As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a critical role in case management, client communication, and document preparation. You will work closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met, cases move forward efficiently, and clients receive high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage attorney dockets and track deadlines to ensure timely case progression
Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
File and e-file documents with Arizona courts
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and gathering information
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, mediations, and hearings
Maintain and organize electronic case files
Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
Coordinate calendars, court dates, and client appointments
Support overall case planning and management
Qualifications
3+ years of family law paralegal experience (required)
Strong knowledge of Arizona family law procedures and court rules
Experience drafting pleadings and discovery independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Strong communication skills and ability to work with sensitive client matters
High attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
