Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees.

Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll-related accounts.

Manage visa processing for new visas and renewals.

Handle leave processing, including approvals and tracking.

Coordinate air ticket bookings for business travel.

Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Ensure compliance with visa regulations and other legal requirements.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and employee services.

Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless HR operations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll and employee services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

4-5 years of experience in HR with a focus on payroll and employee services.

Knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.

Experience in handling visa processing, leave management, and employee benefits.

Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
