Responsibilities
Conduct maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, electrical wiring, drywall repair, painting, general maintenance and make any needed repairs with approval from the company
Repair any damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
Provide daily notes to the company when a job was completed and what/how was serviced
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent
At least 2 years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems
Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques
Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
