We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our team in Wixom, Michigan. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery according to safety and quality standards
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
Load raw materials and unload finished products
Inspect products to ensure they meet specifications and report defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime as needed
