Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Shift Operations & Maintenance Technician role located in Power, MT. The Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining power plant systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards. Key tasks include conducting routine inspections, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues to support seamless operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. Flexibility to work shift hours is essential.
Qualifications
Technical skills in power plant operations, equipment maintenance, and system diagnostics
Experience with preventive maintenance procedures and identifying technical solutions
Understanding of safety and compliance standards in an industrial setting
Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills
Flexibility to work on a shift schedule
Experience working in power generation or a similar industry is an advantage
Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering
