
Team Coordinator – Business Development

Chicago, IL – RCP is looking to hire a Team Coordinator to join our Fundraising & Business Development team. The Team Coordinator is responsible for providing high-impact administrative and operational support for RCP’s Business Development and Marketing team(s). The role requires a personable yet organized individual with a strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to multi-task. This individual must be proactive in meeting business needs, adaptable, and able to thrive in an often fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Conference needs to support team engagements and fundraising interests.
Control various administrative and operational needs for the team, including but not limited to, monitoring distribution inboxes, directing phone calls, commencing mail services, assembling presentation material, and overseeing clerical requirements.
Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics, attendees, materials, and communications.
Schedule departmental travel needs in accordance with budget oversight, produce travel itineraries, and quarterback expense reporting.
Engage with other Team Coordinators to streamline cross functional tasks.
Perform special projects and additional duties to coordinate requests, as assigned.
Communication: Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Optimization: Leverage resources to be efficient while focusing on continuous improvement.
Accountability: Hold yourself and others accountable to sustain commitments.
Collaborative: Build partnerships and be collaborative with others to meet shared objectives.
Adaptable: Modify demeanor in real time to match shifting demands of different situations.
Action-Oriented: Address new challenges with high energy and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:
Associate's degree or higher
2+ years of direct experience in an administrative or operational role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal, written communication, technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with basic software programs, i.e., Microsoft Office
Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred
