What You'll Do
Perform monthly bank reconciliations across multiple accounts
Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with month‑end close, including journal entries and reporting
Support full‑cycle inventory counts and related accounting activities
Maintain prepaid expense schedules and allocations
Develop and analyze financial reports for operations and budgeting
Support internal and external audits, including annual financial audit preparation
Assist with corporate tax processes, including:
Annual tax return support
Quarterly tax estimate payments
Sales tax filings, as needed
Manage correspondence with federal, state, and local agencies
Ensure compliance with registrations and regulatory requirements
Maintain organized financial documentation and internal records
Collaborate with leadership on monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, as needed
Take on additional responsibilities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Two (2) years of accounting or related experience
Working knowledge of GAAP
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Experience with intercompany transactions
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Team‑oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
CPA or CMA designation
Three (3) plus years of accounting experience
Experience in a multi‑site, multi‑state manufacturing environment
Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems
Exposure to financial audits and corporate tax processes
Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or integrations
Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
