What You Will Do

The selected candidate will operate with independence and exercise sound judgment in forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning.
Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
Coordinate the development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
Provide financial guidance and solutions to Program Team and Leads.
Prepare finance charts for Program Management Reviews, monthly operating reviews, financial overviews and other reporting activities as required.
Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance utilizing standard company tools and processes.
Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management.
Contribute to the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
Guiding efforts for effective completion of Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Internal Surveillance Reviews (ISRs).
Establish and maintain program logs (Work Authorization, Contract Mod Log, R&Os).
What You Will Learn

How to shape financial execution strategy at the outset of a major production contract phase within a mature defense portfolio.
Advanced forecasting and EAC methodologies across a complex, multi-year production environment.
Integration of technology refresh and obsolescence mitigation into established production baselines.
Long-lead material planning and funding strategy in coordination with Supply Chain and Operations.
Executive-level communication of program financial performance and risk posture.
Cross-functional influence within a matrixed organization supporting large-scale defense production.
Qualifications You Must Have

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
U.S. citizenship requirement.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to meet critical deadlines and work in a team environment to provide solutions and continuous process improvement.
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and innovative and use critical and strategic thinking.
Advance Excel skills including Power Query knowledge.

Salary Range

86,800 USD - 165,200 USD (good faith estimate).
