Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is one of those rare early‑career roles where you’re not just updating spreadsheets - you’re getting real exposure to how deals get done.
You’ll sit within a Finance team at a well‑established real estate investment and development firm with a large portfolio. The team is collaborative, and hands‑on, which means your work will be visible and meaningful from day one.
There’s also a very real path for growth here. Leadership has shown they’re willing to invest in people who show initiative and curiosity.

Strong mentorship and training environment - not a sink‑or‑swim culture
Tight‑knit analyst group that collaborates, shares knowledge, and actually enjoys working together

Track and report on portfolio performance (occupancy, leasing trends, etc.)
Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and insights
Support due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and transactions
