$70,000 – $77,500+ with up to 10% bonus

Office Situation:

Hybrid (4 days in-office during training, then 3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update cash flow models based on leasing activity and property performance

Track and report on portfolio performance (occupancy, leasing trends, etc.)

Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and insights

Support due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and transactions

Assist with budgeting and long‑term financial planningPrepare reports and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Accounting acceptable with finance‑related experience)

At least 1 - 4 years of financial analysis experience (internships count)

Strong Excel skills (modeling, data analysis, comfort working with data)

Experience with financial analysis and/or forecasting

Strong communication skills and ability to think critically

Preferred

Experience in real estate, commercial real estate, or construction‑related industry

Exposure to financial modeling tools

Experience supporting transactions, acquisitions, or due diligence

Familiarity with cash flow modeling
