Title: Financial Analyst
Salary: $70,000 – $77,500+ with up to 10% bonus
Location: Bethesda, MD
Office Situation: Hybrid (4 days in-office during training, then 3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update cash flow models based on leasing activity and property performance
- Track and report on portfolio performance (occupancy, leasing trends, etc.)
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and insights
- Support due diligence for acquisitions, financings, and transactions
- Assist with budgeting and long-term financial planning
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance (Accounting acceptable with finance-related experience)
- At least 1 - 4 years of financial analysis experience (internships count)
- Strong Excel skills (modeling, data analysis, comfort working with data)
- Experience with financial analysis and/or forecasting
- Strong communication skills and ability to think critically
Preferred:
- Experience in real estate, commercial real estate, or construction-related industry
- Exposure to financial modeling tools
- Experience supporting transactions, acquisitions, or due diligence
- Familiarity with cash flow modeling
