Automotive Controller

HHM Talent is assisting a client search for an Automotive Controller in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities

Oversee accounting operations for two independent pre-owned rooftops
Manage an accounting team of four
Perform and review accurate bank reconciliations within DealerTrack DMS
Lead and participate in restructuring the accounting office alongside HHM
Ensure strong internal controls and accurate financial reporting
Close month-end books within 3-5 business days
Potentially manage additional locations remotely as the company grows
Qualifications

Must have prior automotive dealership accounting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
Strong hands-on experience with DealerTrack DMS
Proven ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations and close month-end efficiently
Strong organizational skills, management and leadership capability
Benefits

$150,000-$200,000 base salary
