Legal Intern - Contract Support

Position Summary
The Legal Intern – Contract Support provides administrative and analytical assistance to the Legal team related to contract review, document preparation, and contract lifecycle management. This internship offers exposure to in‑house legal operations and commercial contracting processes in a professional environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with review of customer agreements and support preparation of standard contract documents.
Help support and update contract records in the contract lifecycle management system.
Support tracking of contract expirations, RFP coordination, and basic contract reporting.
Assist with intake and routing of contract‑related inquiries from internal stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Work on special projects as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong attention to detail and interest in legal and contractual work.
Solid organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments under supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Legal Studies, Pre‑Law, or related field preferred).
Work Environment
This is largely a sedentary role.
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.
Salary Range – $21–$25 per hour.
