Overview
Seeking an experienced Guidewire Test Automation Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter) testing and UI automation. The role involves leading automation strategy, framework development, and end-to-end testing in Agile delivery models.
Responsibilities
Lead automation strategy, framework development, and end-to-end testing in Agile delivery models.
Hands-on automation using Playwright and/or Selenium.
Drive automation execution for System, Integration, and Regression Testing.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium.
Mentor automation engineers and perform code reviews.
Collaborate with business and development teams in Agile environments.
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and report quality metrics.
Lead test automation for Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter).
Required Skills
7+ years in QA with strong Guidewire testing experience.
Hands-on automation using Playwright and/or Selenium.
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and test management tools.
API testing and basic SQL knowledge.
Nice to Have
Guidewire Cloud/SaaS experience.
CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bamboo).
Lead test automation for Guidewire applications (PC/CC/BC).
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright / Selenium.
Collaborate with business and development teams in Agile environments (already listed, included for emphasis).

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Prior enterprise or BFSI experience preferred.
