
Legal Professional (Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Associate Attorney)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated legal professional to join our team. Qualified candidates may apply from a range of experience levels, including Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and Associate Attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage critical legal documents including, but not limited to, Complaints and Discovery with precision
Collaborate directly with attorneys and clients on complex matters
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Manage and organize case files, evidence, and documentation
Qualifications
Strong understanding of Business Law, Construction Law, and Contracts
Knowledge of litigation procedures and the discovery process
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced & responsive legal environment
Desired/Representative Qualifications
Strong understanding of technology, and learning new software and AI systems
Knowledge of collections, judicial liens, attachment, and garnishment
Knowledge of locating potential witnesses and parties for service
Experience with open record requests
Experience with preparing clients and files for depositions, deposition outlines, and/or taking depositions
Ability to interact effectively with clients, opposing counsel offices, and court staff
