Responsibilities

Perform case assessment and build case strategy.

Represent clients at trial and other proceedings.

Communicate effectively with clients and manage case progression.

Qualifications and Requirements

RI Bar Admission required; MA admission preferred.

Experience in real estate and/or business litigation.

Strong communication skills.

Competitive compensation commensurate to experience.

Receptionist – Legal Assistant
PALUMBO LAW is a fast‑paced real estate and business law firm located in Cranston, RI. We are seeking a positive, friendly, organized, detail‑oriented, enthusiastic person to join our growing team. The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and be extremely meticulous is essential to achieving success in this position.

Work Location: In person

Job Responsibilities

Greeting clients.

Answering phones.

Data entry and document management.

Daily and/or weekly recording of documents at various town/city halls (requires reliable vehicle).

Processing bi‑monthly/quarterly bulk mail campaigns.

Scanning and shredding files.

Scheduling and calendaring.

Requirements

Reliable vehicle required.

Previous office experience required.

Paralegal education preferred.

Previous law office experience preferred.

Fluent in English and Spanish required.
