Job Description
Caffeinated Coffee Repairs is seeking a motivated and passionate Service Technician to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced coffee equipment without prior technical experience. New hires will receive on‑site training and certification, and ultimately drive and service coffee equipment across their assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Perform service calls, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations for commercial espresso, coffee brewing, grinding, and water systems.
Foster strong customer relationships and inspire loyalty through professional, reliable service in adherence to safety standards.
Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, timely maintenance, and accurate paperwork completion.
Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Service mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enjoy coffee and willingness to taste and learn.
Proficiency with a smartphone for inventory management, scheduling, and other tasks.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable smartphone capable of accessing training, scheduling, and communication tools.
Reliable transportation during initial training period.
Experience as a barista or appliance repair is a plus, but not required.
