A well‑established law firm in the Seacoast New Hampshire region is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join its growing practice! This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base on a broad range of business and transactional matters while collaborating with a highly experienced and forward‑thinking legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Advise businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and day‑to‑day operational matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements
Assist with entity formation, restructuring, and dissolutions
Support mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions
Provide strategic, business‑focused legal counsel aligned with client objectives
Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions
Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service
Qualifications
3–8+ years of experience in corporate or business law
Experience advising businesses on general corporate matters
Background in entity formation, governance, and compliance
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset
