Material Handler / Parts Kitter

who takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and supporting smooth manufacturing operations. If you enjoy hands‑on work, staying busy, and keeping production running at full speed, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Perform material handling and parts kitting to support daily production needs

Align, calibrate, and execute test methods according to operational plans

Follow established SOPs and maintain accurate training and production records

Ensure smooth material flow and timely execution of work orders

Assist with assembly tasks using standard operating procedures

Troubleshoot issues and elevate when needed

Support compliance with

FDA QSR ,

GMP , and

ISO

requirements

Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and maintain quality

Recommend improvements to processes, equipment, and workflow

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Train new team members on equipment and procedures as needed

What You Bring

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced setting

Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

Proficiency with Microsoft applications

Experience with parts kitting (required)

Experience with hand tools (a plus)

Ability to follow SOPs and complete assembly tasks with supervision

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

0–2 years of relevant experience (regulated industry experience preferred)

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Standing for prolonged periods (up to 80% of the shift)

Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, and reaching

Lifting up to

30 lbs

using proper techniques

Repetitive hand and arm movements to handle assembly components
