Are you a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist eager to provide exceptional outpatient care in a community-focused setting? North Platte Valley Medical Center, a reputable Critical Access Hospital, invites enthusiastic professionals like you to become vital members of our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is a unique opportunity to deliver personalized therapy that restores mobility, improves function, and enhances the quality of life for diverse patients across all ages, in a supportive rural environment.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license
  • BLS certification
  • Proven ability to perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training
  • Strong documentation skills compliant with hospital and regulatory standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with interdisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in outpatient or hospital-based settings
  • Ability to mentor and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and current treatment guidelines

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
  • Prior experience in outpatient rehabilitation or hospital settings preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
  • Ability to start by May 4, 2026
  • Ability to receive reimbursements for travel, licensure, and certifications as applicable

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $67.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit.
