Required Skills:
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Proficiency in evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care.
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
- Ability to administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound management.
- Strong documentation skills in electronic health record systems, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Effective communication skills for multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice standards, including APTA guidelines.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation and billing processes.
- Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or specialized wound care training.
- Knowledge of DME procurement and supplies management.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings is preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply; appropriate onboarding and clinical assessments will be provided.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work days in Lewistown, MO, starting 05/04/2026.
- Ability to adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
- Participation in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.
- Compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain any necessary DME or supply authorizations.
