Required Skills:
  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Proficiency in evaluating, treating, and rehabilitating patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care.
  • Experience in developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
  • Ability to administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and wound management.
  • Strong documentation skills in electronic health record systems, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Effective communication skills for multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and clinical practice standards, including APTA guidelines.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, or students.
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation and billing processes.
  • Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, or specialized wound care training.
  • Knowledge of DME procurement and supplies management.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings is preferred.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply; appropriate onboarding and clinical assessments will be provided.

Other Requirements:
  • Availability to work days in Lewistown, MO, starting 05/04/2026.
  • Ability to adhere to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Participation in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities.
  • Compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements.
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain any necessary DME or supply authorizations.
