Required Skills:
  • Valid & current Physical Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
  • Proficiency in administering therapeutic procedures, modalities, and wound care
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Experience with electronic medical records documentation
  • Ability to supervise and support PT Assistants, aides, and students

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in long-term and skilled nursing facilities
  • Knowledge of current evidence-based practices in physical therapy
  • Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations
  • Familiarity with Assistive Devices and Durable Medical Equipment procurement

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a long-term care or similar setting

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to start on or before 05/18/2026
  • Willingness to travel for supplies or training as needed
  • Certification in wound care or advanced modalities is a plus
