Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular functions.
• Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient tolerance.
• Prepare and submit detailed treatment regimes aligned with physician orders, updating plans as patient conditions evolve.
• Design individualized treatment schedules, coordinating with patients, families, and clinical staff.
• Educate patients and caregivers on pathology, treatment options, prognosis, and the rationale behind prescribed interventions.

Required Skills:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy settings
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with specialized therapy modalities
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient PT experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to travel locally if needed for patient visits
• Active state license and CPR certification
• Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient-centered care

This position offers a competitive pay rate of $65.56 per hour, with weekly pay through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and various reimbursements including licensure and travel expenses.
