Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Customer Service Lab team as a Senior Lab Systems Administrator, where innovative enterprise security products are developed. The role involves managing and implementing lab automation, maintaining a VMWare ESXi environment, and supporting lab users across various systems. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving potential issues, with a preference for those experienced in a network lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage Lab Automation using the Spirent Velocity platform.
Build, maintain, and train on the VMware ESXi environment.
Monitor and maintain network operations to ensure reliability.
Develop and deploy automation scripts and tools for enhanced system and network monitoring.
Document processes and maintain lab cleanliness and organization.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in VMWare and ESXi environments.
Strong experience in network administration and troubleshooting.
Effective scripting and automation skills with Python.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in a support or engineering network lab environment highly regarded.
Familiarity with network testing tools and cloud services administration.
