Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Learn about different types of stability studies (e.g., accelerated, long‑term, intermediate) based on storage conditions by assisting in counting and organizing stability samples according to SOPs.

Track inventory of stability samples using physical logs and digital systems, verifying the accuracy of sample data in software and Excel by cross‑checking entries to prevent discrepancies.

Review product labels and Master Labels for accuracy.

Create and maintain a database of labeling components, assigning locations in RF Smart software and understanding its integration with inventory tracking.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline, preferably Science or Basic Mathematics.

High School diploma or GED—Required.

Current full‑time enrollment in an accredited college or university undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field—Required.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0—Required.

Additional Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must commit to the full duration of the internship; all interns must start no later than June 1, 2026 and finish by August 28, 2026.

Amneal offers paid internships, with rates starting at $20 per hour. The rate is fixed based on the years of undergraduate/graduate schooling completed as of the start of the program. Specific details on hourly rate will be disclosed to the selected candidate. Compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including qualifications, geographic location, and other relevant skills.
