
Warehouse Associate

Overview
The Warehouse Associate plays an important role in ensuring that our warehouse operates with the optimal precision and efficiency, helping to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment. The Warehouse Associate will be active in picking orders, shipping and receiving, inventory replenishment, and performing inventory counts.
Responsibilities
Maintain a Safe warehouse and drive a Safety-First culture.
Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the facility.
Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations.
Work under the supervision and direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager.
Unload, stack, move, and place products between various sections of the warehouse as needed.
Use pallet jacks, hand carts, etc. to transfer and deliver goods.
Perform detailed manual inventory counts.
Scan and track inventory movements using RF device.
Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment.
Double check items to verify accuracy of outbound orders.
Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned tasks.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Thorough, alert, and detail oriented
Physical stamina; must be able to lift 50+ pounds at a time
Must be able to work in different positions for a long period of time – stand, sit, bend, and kneel
Computer literate
Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment
Comfortable working independently
Teamwork, Dependable, and Reliable
