Position Overview
Manages freight assignments, load tracking, and dispatch workflow across Oregon-based systems. Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and track shipment progress
Monitor shipments and maintain detailed operational documentation
Communicate updates, delays, or exceptions to internal teams and drivers
Maintain comprehensive operational logs
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure operational consistency
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow structured workflows and operational procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
