Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor freight shipments across assigned loads
Assign freight loads accurately using dispatch systems
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
Maintain detailed operational documentation and dispatch logs
Identify potential workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as necessary
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency with dispatch/tracking software
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and operational procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
