Position Overview
Responsible for coordinating freight loads, tracking shipments, and maintaining operational workflow through Oregon-based systems. Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and track shipment progress
Maintain operational records and detailed dispatch logs
Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
Ensure workflow accuracy and compliance with operational procedures
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Madison candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
