Position Overview
Responsible for load assignment, shipment tracking, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Springfield candidates may participate in hybrid workflow sessions, while remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals independently manage operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipment activity
Maintain detailed operational documentation and dispatch logs
Communicate shipment updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
Ensure workflow accuracy and operational compliance
Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies
Collaborate with Oregon-based management to maintain operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
Work Environment
Hybrid and remote Oregon-based dispatch operations. Springfield candidates may attend hybrid workflow sessions; remote candidates fully supported.
