Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on HR best practices and company policies.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Administer payroll and benefits programs to ensure timely and accurate compensation and benefits distribution.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with a focus on talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel locally within the St. Louis region for on-site client visits as required.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
