Administrative Associate
Job Summary: The Administrative Associate provides high-level administrative support to leaders and teams by managing information, handling requests, and performing a wide range of clerical and organizational functions. This role serves as a key point of communication for the office and ensures daily operations run efficiently, professionally, and confidentially.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, maintaining record management systems, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare and format invoices, reports, memos, correspondence, financial statements, and other business documents
File, retrieve, and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports
Review and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine priority and distribution
Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for committee, board, and other internal or external meetings
Support executives and leadership with administrative and organizational needs
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities
Customer service–oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including
Word ,
Excel , and
PowerPoint
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required
5–7 years of administrative experience
required
Previous experience supporting executives or senior leadership
strongly preferred
